Meet the Founders
Kristen Dutch, Founder | Head of School
Kristen received her Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education as well as a Master’s of Science in STEM Leadership and has just concluded her 7th year of professional teaching. She has experience in both private and public schools, as well as over seven years of working in childcare. Kristen’s heart is for the education system. She desires to seek a change not just for students, but teachers and faculty as well. Throughout her years of teaching, Kristen has seen the ins and outs of the difficulties and tough realities that exist in our school systems. Her desire for change is to provide a safe space for teachers to receive support inside and outside of the classroom, as well as to cultivate a positive learning environment for students to develop not just their academic portfolio, but grow in their calling and character.
Kaitlyn Rose, Co-Founder | Administrative Assistant
Kaitlyn graduated from Chattanooga State with a degree in secondary education with an emphasis in history/social studies and a minor in studio production. Starting TCS alongside her sister, Kristen, is a dream years in the making. Kaitlyn has a background in childcare and teaching. She currently resides in Alpharetta, GA helping TCS behind the scenes in administrative duties. Kaitlyn will be returning to school to receive her degree in child psychology with plans to become a school counselor. If you need her, she's probably playing pickleball with her friends or spending time with her two fur-babies, Theo and Willow!
